LAN Games

As some of you may know, this podcast and website haven't been updating very often. The reason for this, is that we have been having a rather large amount of LAN's over our weekends. The weekends that were for podcast recording. So until we find the time and the proper resources, we shall continue avoiding you guys. Until then, I have implemented a Google Docs form below. Mx Vs. ATV Unleashed Game Review

Hello peeps out there. First of all I would like to say that this is my first post and I am trying to make it a good one but it probably won't be but anyway on to the game. The game I will be reviewing today is a motorbike game called MX Vs. ATV Unleashed on PS2. The game has many interesting things you can do and many different tracks to choose from. There is a single player made where you can either choose from race, freestyle, free ride or a challenge. In race you go to a supercross track and race on a track against other racers but if you just want to muck around you can do tricks and many other things. If you choose freestyle you compete on an fmx track against all the other riders doing tricks to make your score higher than the others.

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars Game Review

GTA: Chinatown Wars is Rockstar's first appearance, (and hopefully not their last) on the Nintendo DS. Finally, Nintendo can proudly join the big boys of the current gaming era, who have so shamefully spat in the poor company's face. Although that isn't to say that Nintendo is doing horribly. I mean, since launch, they've sold 49,109,255 Wiis and 101,154,845 DSs. But back to GTA.

You find yourself controlling Huang Lee. An asian fellow who finds himself in a sticky situation when his family sword, "Yu-Jian", is lost because he was mugged at the start of the game. A little basic, but shut up, it works. The game then follows the usual sort of GTA gameplay. Drive here, do this, drive back, get another mission, drive here, cutscene, drive here, fight in epic battle, die, restart mission,

Motorstorm Pacific Rift Game Review

Motor storms pacific is the second motor storm game It is a ps3 only game and I don't see how they could put this game on any other console with the incredible real life graphics that only the PS3 can show. Motor Storm Pacific rift lived up to the exceptions and had everything that Motor Storm 1 didn't it is set in a tropical environment and has amazing off road tracks.

The Other Geek

Hi I am The Other Geek. I heard about this podcast project from Master Geek who had the original idea and did most of the heavy lifting getting this site up and running and even learnt HTML from scratch so everybody stand up and give him a big clap :) I (The Other Geek) do not plan to appear in any podcasts at the moment but continue to do site mantinence and a bit of behind the scenes coding :) So if you like the site (Even though we havent posted a podcast yet) please post comments and tell all your friends. :)

Master Geek

Aged somewhere between 0 & 100, the Master Geek was the result of a science experiment conducted during the carnival in Rio de Janeiro. He sold 3 of his kidneys in order to keep his family of 30 well-educated and fed and has lost all memory of his time in Brazil. He flew from Brazil to Australia after selling both nostrils and three arms in the black market, and immediately found a spot to live behind an all-night strip joint. After getting bored of the endless stream of strippers, he left in search of better things to do. He discovered an old NES in a garbage bin and used it as a lunchbox until he realized that this strange box had buttons on it. He found a game shop who gave him a stack of games, and the Master Geek was born!
